Rollbag Bags for Auto Baggers

Our Rollbag™ brand bags are designed to run on ALL automatic bagging machines that use pre-opened bags on a roll, including Magnum™ Baggers by Clamco Packaging, Autobag® Baggers by Automated Packaging Systems, and MAX™ Baggers by Sharp Packaging. These bags come perforated on a roll with one side open for easy insertion of your product while the bag is still attached to the roll and bag dispenser. We can also manufacture them to be fan-folded in a box for easy loading and reduced changeover time.

Rollbag Features

Our Rollbag pre-opened bags on a roll can be made with a variety of different features depending on the specific application. These include headers, vent holes, hang holes, perforations, and others. For a complete list click here.

Rollbag Materials

Rollbags are typically made out of a specially-enhanced linear low density blend polyethylene. However, they can also be made out of a variety of other materials, including polypropylene, anti-static, biodegradable, and white/gray coex. For a complete list and details click here.

Other Bags on a Roll

In addition to our Rollbag pre-opened bags on a roll we manufacture standard POR (perforated on roll) bags. These are similar to Rollbags but are not pre-opened (like produce bags in the supermarket). We also manufacture sideload bags on a roll. These are similar to POR bags except that the side of the bag (instead of the top) is open.

Rollbag Tolerances

Size, feature, and print tolerances for our Rollbag pre-opened poly bags on a roll are +/- 1/8″ in the width direction (horizontal) and +/- 3/16″ in the length direction (vertical). Our pre-production department will work with you to ensure that your desired bag layout falls within these tolerances.
